Meals with Memorial: Orders Opens Now!

Memorial Hospital’s Health & Wellness Center announces the return of “Meals with Memorial: Freezer Meal Pick-up.” These meals will be ordered online, picked up in the Teaching Kitchen at the Health & Wellness Center, and easy to prepare at home.

The pickup will take place on Thursday, April 30, from 7:30 AM to 5:30 PM in the Health & Wellness Center Teaching Kitchen. Each recipe is thoughtfully curated by Head Chef Amber Clark and Registered Dietitians Julie Harrell, Ashlyn Housewright, and Jennifer Soucie to ensure balanced, nutritious options for families.

Available Menu Options:

  • Spinach Feta Burgers
  • Fiesta Chicken
  • Chicken Pot Pie
  • Stuffed Shells
  • White Chocolate Cranberry Protein Energy Bites

Meals will serve 4-6 people. Price will vary per meal/item. To learn more about the menu and place your order, visit MHTLC.ORG or call 217-357-6540. Orders will open between April 13 – 24 and can be picked up on April 30 at Memorial Hospital Health & Wellness Center, 1454. N. County Road 2050, Carthage, IL.
