Cook for Health & Wellness

Step into our Health and Wellness Teaching Kitchen and embark on a unique nutrition experience. Designed to inspire and educate, our kitchen is a vibrant space to join in person or virtually. Led by our team of Registered Dietitians and Head Chef, our hands-on cooking classes will empower you to create delicious and nutrient-dense foods. From learning essential cooking techniques to exploring new foods, our classes cater to all skill levels and ages. Storytime and Snack Making with Memorial Hospital Health & Wellness Team and Carthage Public Library

This series of workshops will introduce kids to healthy eating and the importance of nutrition while enjoying story time and crafting snacks together.

Meals with Memorial Freezer Meal Pick-Up Service

The Health & Wellness Center at Memorial Hospital is now providing a meal pick-up service! These meals will be ordered online and picked up in the Teaching Kitchen at the Health & Wellness Center.
