Visitor Restrictions



Inpatient and OB patients may have up to two visitors.

Surgery, Emergency, Cardiopulmonary, Diagnostic Imaging and Lab may have one visitor/support person.

COVID Patients may have 1 visitor limited to 1-2 hours per day.

Visitors may be under 18 years of age if visiting a NON-COVID patient. All visitors under 18 must have a parent sign the waiver. 


· Be screened upon entering the building

· Sign a waiver releasing the facility of responsibility if you get COVID-19

· Wear a mask at all times while in the facility

· If a visitor is visiting a COVID patient, they must be in an N95.

· Be free from illness such as (fever, sore throat, cough, diarrhea, vomiting, or runny nose)

· Check-in at registration before visiting or accompanying patient receiving services

PPE Use:

If you have had COVID, you must wear – 1 procedure mask

If you have not had COVID, you should wear - double procedure mask.

If you visit a COVID patient, you will need to be in a gown, N95, gloves, face shield, and remain 6 ft. away from the patient.

Visitor restrictions are temporary and subject to change as necessary.

The front entrance will be locked at 4:30 pm until 6:00 am the following day, Mon-Fri, and will be locked all day on Saturday and Sunday.


If you need to enter when these doors are locked, please go to the  Emergency Department entrance.

NO visitors in the clinic buildings with patients UNLESS it is a pediatric patient, or a cognitively impaired patient.

Visitor restrictions are temporary and subject to change as necessary. All caregivers are required to wash hands with soap and water or use alcohol-based hand foam/gel upon entering and exiting patient rooms.

While we are committed to providing a family-centered care environment, right now restricting visitors is in the best interest of our patients, employees, and community.

If you have symptoms of COVID-19 (fever, cough, shortness of breath), call the Illness Clinic at 217-357-0617 before walking in.
