Inspiring the next generation of caregivers and community leaders
The Summer Youth Program at Memorial Hospital offers high school students an opportunity to explore healthcare careers while gaining valuable work experience, life skills, and mentorship. Over eight weeks, participants take part in group sessions focused on personal growth, communication, and professional development—then apply what they learn through hands-on roles in hospital departments such as Nursing, Radiology, Human Resources, and more.
Our team is proud to help students build confidence, develop career skills, and discover their potential in a supportive environment. Participants will earn an hourly wage while learning from experienced professionals who are passionate about patient care and community service.
The program welcomes students who are motivated to grow, regardless of background, and provides resources to help overcome barriers like transportation, financial hardship, or limited access to career opportunities.
Together, we’re shaping brighter futures—one student at a time.
