What Our Patients Say
“As someone with a full-time job and a tight schedule, I really appreciated how flexible the outpatient team was. They offered early morning appointments, so I didn’t have to take time off work. The nurses were not only professional but respectful of my time and always greeted me with a smile. It made the whole experience feel easy and stress-free.”
“From my first visit, I felt genuinely cared for. The nurses took time to explain each step and always made sure I was comfortable and at ease. They never rushed me and always listened to my concerns with empathy and kindness. I can honestly say I looked forward to my visits—something I never thought I’d say about medical care.”

Frequently Asked Questions
Do I need a referral?
Yes. A referral from your healthcare provider is usually required. We’re happy to help coordinate this with your doctor’s office.
How long do treatments take?
Times vary based on the service. Some infusions may take several hours, while injections or catheter care are often quicker.
Will my insurance cover this?
Most outpatient services are covered by insurance. We can help you check your benefits and understand your options.
What kind of training do your nurses have?
All our outpatient nurses are registered nurses (RNs) with training in infusion therapy, wound care, and specialized medications. They’re also certified in CPR and participate in ongoing education to maintain the highest standards of care.
Can I bring someone with me?
Yes! You’re welcome to bring a friend or family member to support you during your visit.
How is this different from home health care?
Outpatient services happen at the hospital—you come to us for care, usually in shorter visits. Home health care involves a nurse coming to your home, typically when travel is not feasible.
