Community Mental Wellness Challenge

The Behavioral Health Department and the Evergreen Center at Memorial Hospital and Memorial Medical Clinics are teaming up in the month of May for Mental Health Awareness Month to do a Mental Wellness Challenge that you can complete in your community.

Wellness Challenge Instructions: This challenge is designed to help you improve your mental health and well-being by participating in four weekly challenges during the month of May for Mental Health Awareness Month.

Each week, participants will focus on a different aspect of mental wellness, such as movement, hobbies, socializing, and self-care. To participate, snap a picture of you doing the weekly corresponding challenge and tag “Memorial Hospital in Carthage, IL” on Facebook.  That’s it! All submissions will enter you into a drawing for a grand prize that will be drawn at the end of May.
