
Memorial Hospital’s Health & Wellness Center is making mealtime easier with the return of the ever-popular Meals with Memorial: PREP & GO! Workshop. On Thursday, March 27, 2025, from 5:30-6:30 PM at the Teaching Kitchen, located at 1454 N. County Road 2050, Carthage, IL.
With spring schedules filling up fast, meal planning can be overwhelming. This hands-on workshop, led by Registered Dietitians Ashlyn Housewright, Julie Shoemaker, and Chef Amber Clark, will help participants prepare 10 nutritious and delicious meals to take home, making busy nights stress-free.
What’s Included?
The cost is $5 or less per serving for a total of $200 for 10 meals (each meal serves 4-6 people). Ready to be cooked and enjoyed at home, the menu features a variety of flavorful options, including:

- Chicken French Dip Sandwiches
- Fiesta Chicken
- Meatball Vegetable Soup
- Tortellini Sausage Skillet
