Memorial Hospital is pleased to announce a special community event as part of its year-long celebration marking 75 years of service. The 75th Anniversary Celebration Event will be held on Saturday, September 27, 2025, from 3:00 PM – 8:00 PM, on the Memorial Hospital Campus, 1454 N. Co. Rd. 2050, Carthage, IL 62321.
The event will bring together hospital staff, families, and community members for an afternoon of fun and fellowship, featuring a variety of family-friendly activities, including bounce houses, face painting, a petting zoo, games, and more. The celebration will conclude with a Water Lantern Festival and Glow Walk around the lake, offering a reflective and memorable way to honor this milestone.
As part of the celebration, Memorial Hospital is inviting local businesses and organizations to participate as vendors. Interested vendors may register at the following link: https://form.jotform.com/251316916203046
Vendor Information:
- Each vendor will be allotted a 10-foot space around the lake
- Vendors must supply their own tables and chairs
- Electricity will not be available
- Setup begins at 1:00 PM and must be completed by 2:45 PM
- Children’s activities will conclude at 6:00 PM; vendor teardown may occur anytime between 6:00 PM – 8:00 PM
- A short presentation will take place at 6:00 PM, followed by the Water Lantern Festival
