Memorial Hospital is implementing a change in the location and bill pay process for its Patient Accounts office. Effective immediately, patients visiting the hospital to pay a bill or make payment arrangements should check in at the front welcome desk at the hospital’s main entrance. A Patient Accounts representative will be notified and available to assist them shortly.
This change is designed to enhance efficiency and improve the patient experience. Memorial Hospital remains committed to providing excellent service and appreciates the community’s support during this transition.
