Memorial Hospital Foundation is proud to recognize Marine Bank for its generous $25,000 gift to the Generations in Bloom Campaign, securing a naming opportunity for one of the classrooms in the new Willow Grove Childcare and Learning Center. This gift represents a meaningful investment in local families and the future workforce of our region.
The Generations in Bloom Campaign is a 3-year campaign effort to raise $2 million to build a new Willow Grove Childcare and Learning Center on the Hancock Village campus. Marine Bank’s gift helps bring this project to fruition, along with the notion of bringing two generations together on the same campus, fostering intergenerational activities and mentoring opportunities.
“At Marine Bank & Trust, supporting our communities means investing in projects that make a lasting difference,” said Tim Parrish, Community President. “The vision behind Willow Grove Childcare and Learning Center is inspiring because it brings two generations together in a way that enriches both while helping meet a vital need for local families. We have been a steadfast partner in support of Memorial Hospital’s mission for many years, and are honored to continue this partnership as we work together to build a stronger future for Hancock County.”
Greta Wetzel, Executive Director of Memorial Hospital Foundation, states, “We truly appreciate our local businesses who support the efforts and mission of Memorial Hospital Foundation. The new Willow Grove Childcare & Learning Center building will enhance yet another needed service for our communities.”
With this donation, Marine Bank is proud to support the Generations in Bloom Campaign, helping expand access to quality childcare and enriching programs for families in our community.
