Memorial Hospital is pleased to invite community members to participate in community health screenings on Wednesday, August 27, at the Memorial Hospital Health & Wellness Center Conference Room, located at 1454 N. County Road 2050, Carthage, IL 62321. The cost is $25 per registrant. Attendees will also receive a complimentary breakfast at the hospital’s Courtyard Café following their screening.
This event will provide valuable preventive health services, including:
- A1c Testing
- Lipid Panel
- Body Composition Analysis (Tanita Scale)
- Vision Screening
- Hearing Screening
Participants are encouraged to fast for 10–12 hours prior to testing to ensure accurate results.
Appointments are limited — only two (2) openings per session are available between 7:30 AM and 9:30 AM, so early registration is strongly encouraged.
