LABOR AND DELIVERY RN
The Obstetrical Registered Nurse is a clinical practitioner who assesses, coordinates, implements, and evaluates patient care specific to female patients age menarche to menopause in the ante partum period, labor, delivery, post partum, and to newborn infants. He/she ensures that quality care is provided in an efficient and safe manner, consistent with the mission, philosophy and goals of the unit and organization; remains flexible to changing systems; is expected to demonstrate quality and effectiveness in work habits and clinical practice; and treats the staff, physicians, patients, and families with consideration and respect, acting as a patient advocate at all times.

36 hours per week and every other weekend.

RN MED/SURG
The Registered Nurse is a clinical practitioner who assesses, coordinates, implements and evaluates patient care specific to the age of the patient population served from newborn to the elderly. He/she ensures that quality care is provided in an efficient and safe manner, consistent with the unitís standards of care. He/she demonstrated performance consistent with the mission, philosophy and goals of the unit and organization; remains flexible to changing system; is expected to demonstrate quality and effectiveness in work habits and clinical practice; and treats staff, physicians, patients and families with consideration and respect. Acts as a patient advocate at all times.

Night Shift 5:30pm to 6:00am Rotating Weekends

CLINIC MEDICAL ASSISTANT/LPN
This is a clinical practitioner who participates in providing patient care. He/she is able to implement and evaluate patient care specific to the age of the patient population served from newborn to the elderly. He/she ensures that quality care is provided in an efficient and safe manner, consistent with the unitís standards of care. He/she demonstrated performance consistent with the mission, philosophy and goals of the unit and organization; remains flexible to changing system; is expected to demonstrate quality and effectiveness in work habits and clinical practice; and treats staff, physicians, patients and families with consideration and respect. Acts as a patient advocate at all times. To assist the primary provider in all professional and clinical procedures. Clinical procedures shall include phlebotomy, performing EKGís, urinalysis, injections, and taking and recording patient vital signs.

Excellent customer service skills required. Working well with others also required.

Graduate of a Medical Assistant,or LPN program with appropriate Illinois licensure.

Clinic experience preferred.

CNA/UNIVERSAL WORKER-MAPLE GROVE MEMORY CARE
The Certified Nurse Assistant is responsible for providing personal care to the residents. Personal care includes assistance with meals, dressing, movement, and bathing. The CNA follows established facility policies and procedures while providing care and coordinates resident care with other facility personnel and families.

Education and Qualification:
CNA certification with experience in long term care and dementia preferred
Also food handling training certificate required (can be obtained during first 6 months of employment)
High School Diploma
Experience with cooking desired

Days of work and shifts will vary - Weekend work as well.

CLINIC PATIENT ACCESS COORDINATOR- PART TIME
Interviews and registers patients for hospital admittance, outpatient procedures, and emergency services either in person or on the phone for pre-registration. Obtains all applicable medical, demographic, and payment source information to enable the Hospital to appropriately treat the patient, bill the proper payers, and comply with Federal and State regulations.

Assists the nursing staff by performing clerical and clinical duties within the individuals scope of care within the nursing unit as needed; records patient ER visits in the electronic statistical tracking sheets and CPSI ER log; processes patient charts and files testing in the patientís chart before it goes to Medical Records; verifies benefits on inpatient registrations, outpatient surgeries and other accounts as needed.

Job Specifications:
1. High school graduate or equivalent.
2. Previous experience in a hospital Patient Access Department preferred.
3. Previous clinical experience in an Emergency Room situation preferred.
4. Proficiency with all Microsoft programs including Word, Excel, and Outlook.
5. Basic accounting principals required.
6. Basic knowledge of computer related skills are required.
7. Mathematical skills and typing (30 wpm or better preferred) skills required.
8. Clear, legible handwriting skills.
9. Ability to use a calculator, fax machine, copy machine and accurately perform filing functions.
10. Medical terminology preferred.

CODER
Interprets and translates into codes Diagnosis by physicians and other healthcare professionals regarding patient diagnoses, diagnostic procedures, therapeutic procedures, clinical course, in order to accurately document patientís reason for care and to facilitate quick and accurate reimbursement of healthcare services.

Minimum education level of registered health information technician (RHIT) or certified coding specialist (CCS) status, or equivalent of two years work experience in medical records or physicianís office and continuing education in the coding area.

PATIENT ACCESS COORDINATOR
Interview and completes the registration of all patients to ensure an accurate patient medical record.

Schedule is 24 hours per week, two days during the week and every Saturday.
