OB/GYN Clinic RN or LPN
Full Time RN or LPN position for our Women & Family OB/GYN practice. This position assists the primary provider in all professional and clinical procedures. Assists in rooming patients, completing patient charting and giving injections. An experienced clinical practitioner who participates in providing patient care. Must have current Illinois LPN or RN license. Absolutely must have great customer service skills and be able to multi-task.

Medical Office experience required as well as experience using electronic medical records. Experience in an OB/GYN clinic is really a plus.

Monday through Friday schedule 8am to 5pm

Utilizing the nursing process, the E.R./O.P. supervisor administers, plans, directs, and coordinates nursing service functions and activities for the E.R.. Responsible for the recommendation, development, and implementation of policies and procedures in these areas, and for keeping the nurse executive informed of progress and potential problems. Maintains and promotes collaboration with other service areas, and serves as on-campus Administration in the absence of the Administration.The Registered Nurse is a clinical practitioner who assesses the need for, coordinates, implements and evaluates patient care. He/she ensures that quality care is provided in an efficient and safe manner consistent with the unitís standard of care. He/she demonstrates performance consistent with the mission, philosophy and goals of the unit and organization; remains flexible to a changing system, is expected to demonstrate quality and effectiveness in work habits and clinical practice; and treats staff, physicians, patients and families with consideration and respect. Acts as a patient advocate at all times.

Current Licensure in Illinois as a Registered Nurse.
ACLS required
Pals required.

12 hour shifts - 5:30pm to 6:00am
Every other weekend and rotating holidays.
